My first engagement shoot of 2016 was with the gorgeous Polly & Rob in Bath, somewhere close to their hearts so I was more than happy to travel. I love travelling with my work & there isn't anywhere I wouldn't go to get the best images & I especially love going places that make my couples excited, or that has meaning to them.
Polly had informed me that neither were really comfortable having their photograph taken so it was a perfect opportunity for them to feel relaxed before their wedding in July. We had a lovely walk around Victoria Park & The Royal Crescent in Bath where the sun was shinning very strong - almost too strong, there was nowhere for us to hide! We all had coats on so ended up getting very hot, but luckily Rob came with me as he was filming some behind the scenes footage for a new video - so bless him, he ended up carrying coats & scarfs. It was a good excuse for us to make the day of it in Bath, so once we had finished the shoot we went to The Roman Baths. The other plus was that it gave Polly & Rob opportunity to meet 'my Rob' as he will be second shooting at their wedding. All in all, it was a lovely morning & you can probably tell that they are naturals in front of the camera so really had nothing to worry about!
